Shimano, Japans weltweit f\u00fchrender Hersteller von Fahrradschaltungen und -kettenr\u00e4dern, hat mit einer Investition von 150 Millionen US-Dollar eine neue Fabrik in Singapur gebaut.<\/em><\/p>\n

Shimano hat IMEFY mit der Herstellung von High-End-Antriebsteilen betraut.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Quellen des japanischen Herstellers haben best\u00e4tigt, dass sich das Unternehmen in einem Expansionsprozess befindet. Um seine Entwicklung voranzutreiben, baut es eine Anlage im Jurong Innovation District im Westen Singapurs. Shimano hat bereits ein Werk in diesem Gebiet.<\/p>\n

In diesem neuen Werk sollen hochwertige Teile f\u00fcr den Antriebsstrang hergestellt werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus will sich das Unternehmen als “Fabrik der Zukunft” positionieren. Dabei setzt der japanische Riese auf die Verwendung von in Epoxidharz eingegossenen Trockentransformatoren (Gie\u00dfharztransformatoren<\/a>), die von Imefy in seinem Werk in Los Y\u00e9benes (Toledo) hergestellt werden.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung dieses Projekts hat Imefy<\/a> insgesamt 8 Transformatoren mit unterschiedlichen Leistungswerten geliefert: von 630 KVA bis 2500 KVA. Sie alle entsprechen den h\u00f6chsten Qualit\u00e4tsstandards, die der Endkunde verlangt.<\/p>\n

Merkmale der an Shimano gelieferten Epoxidharz-gekapselten Transformatoren<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Epoxidharzgekapselte Transformatoren werden so genannt, weil die Mittelspannungswicklung in Harz eingekapselt ist. Sie verwenden sowohl eine thermische als auch eine Vakuumbehandlung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist der Gelierungs- und Polymerisationsprozess sehr spezifisch und perfekt kontrolliert.<\/p>\n

Unter besonders ung\u00fcnstigen Umgebungsbedingungen (Feuchtigkeit, industrielle und maritime Verschmutzung oder hohe Brandgefahr) erf\u00fcllen diese von IMEFY hergestellten gekapselten Trockentransformatoren alle Anforderungen f\u00fcr ihren Einsatz.<\/p>\n

Dank der Entwicklung der Fertigungstechniken und der hohen Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der verwendeten Materialien werden diese an Shimano gelieferten Transformatoren zunehmend auf dem internationalen Markt eingesetzt.<\/p>\n
