IMEFY<\/a>, as a result of the context analysis carried out, has already considered the legislative trends in its Strategic Plan, which has allowed us to be approved well in advance by the NATURGY<\/a> Electric Company, in the scope of medium-power TIER II transformers immersed in dielectric liquids.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This approval has allowed us to tender in accordance with the legal requirements established by the EU Regulation No. 548\/2014 of the European Commission of May 21, 2014, which develops Directive 2009\/125 \/ CE, as well as the EU Regulation 2019\/1783 of the European Commission of October 2019, which modifies EU Regulation No. 548\/2019.<\/p>\n

The studies and results of the different prototypes carried out by IMEFY to meet the TIER II requirements established by the European Regulation have passed all the tests required in independent accredited laboratories, and have allowed IMEFY, not only to obtain approval and to be able to tender, but also to achieve an optimal degree of competitiveness which has meant being awarded a very high percentage of dielectric liquid immersed distribution transformers with this important National Electric Company.<\/p>\n
