New IMEFY milestone: supply of transformers for Dicastal Kenitra<\/h1>\n

IMEFY<\/strong> has been selected to supply of transformers<\/strong> for the new expansion of Dicastal’s aluminium wheels factory in Kenitra<\/strong>. This strategic partnership will ensure reliable and efficient power distribution for the production of aluminium wheels in this modern industrial facility.<\/p>\n

DICASTAL, world leader in aluminium manufacturing<\/h2>\n

The CITIC DICASTAL group<\/a> is a world leader in aluminium manufacturing and the production of aluminium automotive parts<\/strong>, with a particular focus on the production of aluminium wheels and aluminium cast components for engines and chassis. With more than 17,000 employees, the group operates 30 production units in Europe, North America and China<\/strong>. Its annual production capacity reaches 60 million wheels and 110,000 tonnes of engine and chassis components. DICASTAL supplies most of the renowned car manufacturers, such as Volkswagen, BMW, Renault-Nissan, Fiat, Chrysler Automotive, Peugeot, GM, Toyota, Audi,<\/strong> among others.<\/p>\n

Dicastal’s plant in Kenitra, known as DICASTAL MOROCCO AFRICA (DMA), was inaugurated on 25 June 2019 with a total investment of \u20ac350 million. This plant, located in the Atlantic free zone of Kenitra in Morocco, has a production capacity of 3 million tyres per year<\/strong> and currently employs 600 people. In addition, a second phase of expansion is planned, with work starting on 25 November 2019. In the long term, DMA aims to employ 1,200 people, thereby strengthening the local economy and creating employment opportunities in the region.<\/p>\n

IMEFY will contribute to the continued success and growth of Dicastal’s aluminium wheels factory in Kenitra.<\/h3>\n
