IMEFY Zone 5 Toledo got last Saturday May 17 the promotion to the First National Castilla-La Mancha after beating the leader of the regular season, Salesianos Electium Guadalajara, a team that started as a favorite. It was a game in which the team from Toledo was close to perfection and ended up winning with a resounding 61-91, giving way to a celebration with the numerous fans who traveled to Ciudad Real to support the team.

On Sunday 18, with promotion already assured, the final was played against the host, Marianistas. In a thrilling game that required an overtime, the Ciudad Real players finally won 75-69.
Present at the awards ceremony were the deputy mayor of the Ciudad Real City Council, Gregorio Oraá; the president of the FBCLM, José Esteban Gálvez; the vice-president of the FBCLM, Alfonso Arráez; and the CEO of STM Multijuegos, Juan José Sánchez-Manjavacas. The award for Best Player of the Final Phase went to Jorge Rodrigo, of the Prado Marianistas Ciudad Real team.
