Imefy manufactures its 150,000th transformer, which will be installed in Philippines

This Imefy transformer belongs to the Agus 7 project, Hydroelectric Power Plant, Unit No 1 of the Nation Power Corporation – NPC of the Philippines.

This is a 30 MVA power transformer, with a YNd1 connection group, and a primary voltage of 138 (+ -2 x 3.45) kV and a secondary voltage of 13.8 kV. The cooling of this transformer is OFAF. This cooling system creates a forced circulation in the oil to cool its active part (OF). While, the forced air ventilation system expels the heat of the oil to the outside (AF). Thus, the temperature remains constant, allowing its correct functionality.

This Imefy power transformer will be located in Iligan City, Lanao, Mindanao, Philippines and belongs to the Agus 7 project, Hydroelectric Power Plant, Unit No 1 of Nation Power Corporation – NPC. And it will supply energy to part of its almost 350,000 inhabitants.

This transformer with serial number 150,000 demonstrates the great manufacturing capacity that Imefy has had in its 47 years of life, and that, it asserts, it will continue to have.
