Recently, the Inveravante group of companies announced the grand opening of Hilton Tanger City Center & Residences. It is the first 5-star establishment of the Hilton Worldwide brand in Morocco and is located in the city of Tangier next to the famous Tanger City Center.

The hotel has 180 rooms, of which 161 are standard rooms and 19 suites. On the other hand, we find the adjacent hotel unit, Hilton Residences, which constitute a total of 68 floors that are offered for purchase with the possibility for owners to benefit from all the services of the Hilton brand.
If we talk about dimensions, the hotel has a surface area of 24,482 m2, while the Hilton Residences have a surface area of 7,921 m2.
In terms of amenities, Hilton Tanger City Center has a fitness center, five meeting rooms, a swimming pool on the 13th floor, an executive lounge and five food and beverage outlets, including a bar, lounge and restaurants.
All of this places a great deal of responsibility on providing energy transformation services.
