IMEFY declares its commitment to the establishment and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without discriminating directly or indirectly on the grounds of sex, as well as to the promotion and encouragement of measures to achieve real equality within the organization, establishing equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle of its Corporate and Human Resources Policy, in accordance with the definition of this principle established in Organic Law 3/2007, of 22 March, for effective equality between women and men.

In each and every one of the areas in which IMEFY’s activity is carried out, the principle of equal opportunities between women and men is assumed, paying special attention to indirect discrimination, understood as “the situation in which an apparently neutral provision, criterion or practice places a person of one sex at a particular disadvantage with respect to persons of the other sex”.

With regard to communication, both internally and externally, IMEFY will inform of all decisions taken in this respect and will project an image of the company in accordance with this principle of equal opportunities between women and men.

The principles set out in the Equality Plan will be put into practice through the promotion of equality measures or through the implementation of an Equality Plan that will lead to improvements with respect to the present situation, with the aim of advancing towards the achievement of real equality between women and men in IMEFY and, by extension, in society as a whole.

The implementation of this Equality Plan will not only enhance the company’s image, but will also enrich the working environment and increase opportunities to attract and retain talent within the company.

Once again, IMEFY demonstrates its commitment to social responsibility: in addition to promoting teamwork, it is essential to disseminate values such as equality between men and women and the satisfaction of being able to influence the well-being of all the people who make up the group.
