Life cycle analysis

IMEFY, in compliance with contractual requirements as well as environmental trends focused on Circular Economy and Sustainable Development, is taking steps to determine the environmental footprint through the life cycle analysis of its products.

In accordance with this premise, on 27 September 2022, IMEFY has obtained the Certification by ICMQ and validated by EPD ITALY in the scope of distribution transformers immersed in dielectric liquids.

Thus, IMEFY will continue working on the life cycle analysis to obtain the certifications for power transformers and transformers encapsulated in epoxy resin before the end of 2022.

From our beginnings to the present day, IMEFY has followed a path of expansion. This certification makes us a pioneering company in the advancement of sustainable development, being able to meet the requirements that, in the near future, will undoubtedly be mandatory.
