Imefy wins tender in Iceland for the State Electric Company. The contract, won in tight competition with other European manufacturers, involves the supply of several units of oil distribution transformers, with power ranging from 800 kVA to 1600 kVA. This new investment by the State Electric Company is destined to the renewal and expansion of its distribution network, for which they have relied on Imefy transformers as a synonym of guarantee and quality.

Since its founding in 1973, the company has been exclusively dedicated to transformer manufacturing and its development. It was a pioneer in Spain in 1982 with the manufacture of cast resin transformers, and today it is the only Spanish Company that manufactures all three types of transformers.
